Music Lessons and Instruction
Professional instruction is available on most stringed instruments
for
all levels. Violin, viola,
cello, bass, guitar and mandolin lessons are
available at our store for children and adults.
Most lessons are $20.00 for a 30 minute private lesson.
Our on-site Instructors
Bill Christoff
Bill recently retired from Indianapolis public schools with
over 30 years of experience as a school orchestra director.
Instruction available for violin, viola, and guitar. See

Mark Kurkowski
Mark and has over 35 years of
experience as a mandolin and banjo performer and instructor.
He has studied with some of the mandolin greats including
Jethro Burns,
David Grisman,
Mike Marshall,
Don
Stiernberg, Chris
Thile,
Mike
Compton,
Radim Zenkl,
Shelby Eicher and tenor banjoist
Johnny Baier. Instruction
available for mandolin and tenor banjo.
Benjamin Parrott
Ben is our master violin builder who has been building and
repairing instruments locally for over 13 years. Ben has
his degree in violin building from Indiana University in
Bloomington, IN. Instruction available for all violin
workshop procedures. We also
have contact information for many instructors in the
Indianapolis area and beyond. Contact us directly for more
information or to be added to our teacher data base.
